How are committers counted?
Once a user authors 10 changes in a VCS, they will occupy one of the available committer slots. TeamCity identifies changes in the version control system, and uses the username from the changelog to count unique committers and the number of changes the author has made.
If your developers commit their changes under multiple VCS usernames, use the "Profile | VCS Usernames" page to manually link these usernames to related TeamCity users.
If a user authors fewer than 10 changes in a 30-day period, they will not occupy a committer slot.
