Support of IDEA plugin in 4.5 to be compatiblie with Maia requires significant efforts and I doubt we will choose this way. BTW why you do not plan to upgrade to TeamCity 5.0?

Projects archiving feature will be added into the TeamCity 5.0. Unfortunately in 4.5 there is no good solution for this problem.

It looks like server was incorrectly shutdown (killed?). To fix this issue run the following SQL command:delete from running where build_id = 95873We will fix this issue at our side too.
