Is there a teamcity Idea 4.5.5 plugin distribution on its own available

We run TC 4.5.1 server edition and we are not planning on upgrading it in foreseable future.
However we would like to move EAP version of MAIA which mandates the latest TC plugin.
Is there a zip available to place in my plugin directory or if there is a hack to make the 4.5.1 plugin work woth MAIA EAP.
