I think I had the same issue when trying to upgrade to 3.1 - I subsequently moved back to TC 3.0.1, but am hoping to have another go at 3.1.1. Can you share the fix for the problem?Thanks.

I believe it was 1611, however I upgraded to 1615 at about the same time, so I could be wrong.And by the way, increasing my allowed file descriptors allowed my build to complete.
