I suggest logging onto the machine as the same user that TeamCity is running as. Open a command prompt and do "dir L:\" ? Do you see your view there? Then try "dir L:\chualin_ebilling_603_build"...

I did some experimentation and it seems that this issue only shows up with Ant 1.6.2 and TeamCity. I don't see the problem with 1.6.5 or 1.8.2. So the solution is to use a newer version of Ant. ...
