Hello Jay,TeamCity actually stores all the artifacts on the server, and the artifact resolution is always performed against server.With this in mind, please make sure agent B is properly configured...

Dave,You are right, downloading artifacts from archives is only supported in TeamCity 7.0

Anthony,TeamCity build agents already have build-in artifacts caches. Do you find them inefficient? (btw, recent 7.0.4 release contains related fixes and improvements)
