Joe, please note that destination directory layout is relative to TeamCity internal artifact storage. There is no point in using absolute destinations for artifacts.

Hello,Yes, your workaround is correct. Another workaround - simply copy the required files (by any means: ant, msbuild, shell script) to a separate directory and let TeamCity compress it.
