Do you see any Java processes? Try to take thread dumps from all of them and attach here dump with "buildserver" string in it.

The dump is from the agent process (do you have agent running on the same server)? Are there other processes?

Great, this time you've got thread dump from the correct process: tomcat6.4444.txt.zipPlease watch for this issue: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/TW-10169 it seems you have the same problem.

Snapshot dependencies only provide synchronized sources. You need to add artifact dependencies too.
