I would not use CLASSPATH environment variable, as it is deprecated. Could you please provide the whole script?

Try to specify classpath for JavaMake task right in the taskdef. And I believe this is not TeamCity issue, TeamCity just starts your cmd with some environment. It seems environment differs when cmd...

This will be supported in TeamCity 6.5, you already can try this feature in the latest TeamCity 6.5 EAP. And we would really appreciate your feedback on it.

Perhaps you can do it in additional build step right in the build itself? Note that to be able to use hg commands on the agent you'll need to switch to checkout on agent mode.

Do you spawn some tests from the Ant? If so, chances are you have fork="yes" in JUnit task and in this case you need to increase memory given to JVM process running your tests.

Are you sure BRANCH_2010_26 is a branch, not a tag? If it's tag, have you tried to choose option "Checkout by tag"?

Since TC 6.5 scheduled trigger supports option "run on all compatible agents", seems like this is what you need.

Please try to install TeamCity 6.5.1. We still can't reproduce your issue, but there were some changes in 6.5.1 related to parameters resolving.
