After analyzing the requested logs, we can see the following error repeating periodically:
"java.net.SocketException: Connection reset"
TeamCity server itself does not reset any connections, and such errors are usually caused by some intermediate software/network components such as proxy, antivirus or firewall.
Our suggestion would be to check the configurations and logs of such components to see if the connection is being blocked there. If you don't find any relevant information, we recommend you to disable them one by one temporarily for the affected agents and check if the issue still occurs, so that you are able to pinpoint the cause of the problem.
