Cannot log in TeamCity when using hostname

I'm running TeamCity as a docker container. The docker image is jetbrains/teamcity-server. The TeamCity version is TeamCity Professional 2021.1.3 (build 92914).
I can log in TeamCity via the link "http://localhost:8111" or "http://127.0.0.1:8111".
I map the IP in the host file as following

127.0.0.1 teamcity.local

I can access TeamCity via the link "http://teamcity.local:8111" but I cannot log in, it always returns login page after clicking "Log in" button.

Do I need to configure anything else to be able to log in from hostname?
