Setup Content-disposition for artifacts

Hello. I wish to show my artifacts txt, json, log, etc files in browser. It works in v. 10.0.5, because all files have header "Content-Disposition: inline". But in v.2021 all files have hеader "Content-Disposition: attachment". I want to change the header value to inline to show files instead of downloading them.
