We are unable to access Teamcity application where in it is displaying white page.

In logs, errors are:

ERROR - r.configs.dsl.DslPluginManager - Error while generating code for dsl extension DockerSupport

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\TeamCity\temp\....buildFeatures\DockerSupportFeature.kt

javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: javax.el.ELException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Projects model is not loaded yet

Hi Harinath,

unfortunately those lines alone don't really say anything. Please if the issue still replicates send us the full server logs via the "submit a request" button on top of the page.
