Email notifier doesn't initiate sending of emails
I created separate group to select users to be notified when build is successful/failed with the following rules:
These rules are just ignored by TC and 'teamcity-notifications.log' doesn't have any lines at all to clarify the problem.
Any ideas?

I'm not sure why this would happen. I'm assuming that you created the group to select users for the notifications and you already added some of the users, at least for the testing. If it still doesn't work, please enable debug-notifications under "Administration - Diagnostics", that should add more verbose logging. Also please check the teamcity-server.log at the point at which the notificiations should go off.
If you can't find anything, please share those files with us via the Submit a request button on top of this page.
Thanks, enhanced logs were more helpful as I can see that all group members has been filtered out of the notification group. Inheriting this group from 'All Users' group solved the problem, though these groups has the same settings.
Denis Lapuente Can you giv me an advice how to fix my issue. I have set up an email notifier, too but it only works when I manually press on build. When the build process runs after a commit trigger it doesn't send a mail to me.
