TeamCity 2019.1 projects Overview page hides older builds, both Experimental and Classic UI

I would like to find out whether it is a bug or a feature to hide latest builds from Overview page after 6-7 days.

First time I have noticed the disappearance of latest builds from the Overview page the Periodical clean-up was enabled with default settings and I thought "hiding older builds" is a kind of clean-up feature. Therefore, I turned it off to confirm my guess and missed. Successful builds under most of my build configurations were missing one week (or something near that) later. With both Experimental and Classic UI showing the same. Build lists with all there should be are still accessible through build configuration Overview and History tabs.
I think I have dug up all settings in search of customization settings. Am I missing something?

Please advice

Figured it out. May be useful for newbies as I am as far as causal relationships are not straightforward:
