Local changes window is blank.
I started having this weird problem where the local changes window is blank in the TeamCity plugin in Visual Studio 2019. None of the controls are displaying. VS and Resharper Ultimate are up to date.

Have you checked version control settings for the TeamCity in ReSharper plugin? Is the configuration correct?
If yes, could you please collect ReSharper logs and attach them? You can read how to collect logs in our docs - https://www.jetbrains.com/help/teamcity/reporting-issues.html#ReportingIssues-VisualStudiologging.
