Build 2019.1 - How can I fix the "Could not fix location of build artifacts directory" error?

I'm using TeamCity build 2019.1.

I was reorganizing some build projects and parameters on our server.  This involved me creating some 'test' configurations and making sure they worked, before removing those and then 'moving' some configurations around.  I think this caused some kind of collision with the artifacts.  I now see an error on the server but I'm not sure what I need to do to clean it up.  The error is:

The server seems to be functioning properly otherwise.  Is there anything I can do to fix this?  I found several threads that mention this error but it wasn't clear on what I should do.

Thanks again for your help.

So, it seems this error went away when I restarted the server.  I guess there's nothing more I need to do.

Hi James,

Thanks for the follow up. I assume that the server had something on an inconsistent state at some point. If you notice further issues or messages, please don't hesitate to report back.

Hi Kyle,

could you be more specific? Indicate what exactly is happening, what did you do to get to that state, etc.

Denis,

The error came up while one of our developers was making changes on their side, but like James, after I restarted the TC service on the server the error went away.
