File Content Replacer C# .config files

I'm having issues with using the wildcard in the file content replacer, when I put the literal file location, it finds and replaces the pattern.

When I use any wildcard, it doesn't replace any of the values. Am I doing something wrong with the wildcards? Here is an example where I search the whole directory without any changes.
