Running a snapshot dependency with a specific tag.
For artifact dependencies there is a way to use a build that has a certain tag. Is there a way to do the same for snapshot dependencies?

I'm afraid not, the snapshot dependencies are always run according to their configuration. We have a related issue in our tracker that you might want to vote and watch for this: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-35216
