Cannot disassociate project from pool
We have several projects that cannot be removed from some agent pools. I am a system administrator of the root project, but for some reason the little "x" button is missing from the Pools administration tab (visible for some other projects). is this a bug or am I missing some restriction?
We are running TeamCity 2018.1.1 (build 58406)

There is a limitation on projects that are only associated to a single pool: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-50196

Basically, projects that are only in one pool, independently of whether it is the default or not, cannot be unassigned. You need to assign them to a different pool before being able to unassign them. If that's not the case, please provide screenshots for verification.
