Cannot connect to Azure DevOps from TeamCity Enterprise 2017.1.4 (build 47070)

We have TeamCity Enterprise 2017.1.4 (build 47070)

We had reconfigured connected to TFS 2018 On Promise. Our TFS was migrated from TFS 2018 to Azure DevOps.

I am trying to connect to Azure DevOps: https://dev.azure.com/<organization> using by instruction from here https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TCD18/Team+Foundation+Server.

I changed only next settings for TFS connection:

Username: empty
Password: set my personal access token created on TFS with Full user access


I've got such error: Test connection failed in Project :: Tests UT. Failed to connect to TFS root: The given path's format is not supported.

Does TeamCity Enterprise 2017.1.4 support connection to Azure DevOps?

Could somebody help to configure connection if TeamCity support connection?
