It would be useful if your question could be more specific. You can easily set up projects, point them to git repositories and set up build configurations to run both java and dot net projects. Please check our documentation and feel free to try out the professional edition, which is free and all features are available. Only the number of parallel tasks (build agents) is restricted. If you have any specific question please don't hesitate to ask.
