users automatically exiting from teamcity groups.people added from active directory only

i have different issue like " users exiting from the teamcity group " with out any audit log. all the users added from AD.but it happening from 1 month.please help me to resolve it

I'm not sure I understand your problem, could you please be more specific? You have set up Active Directory, and users "leave the Teamcity group". Where? In TeamCity? Do you have a "TeamCity" group within TeamCity? Which version of TeamCity are you using? How have you configured synchronization with ldap?
Yes, i have group in team city. all the users sync from ad. whenever i add any user to teamcity group they exiting from group automatically, my team city version is 17.1.3
i have checked teamcity ldap log file.as per log it showing me "users unassigned from group while sync".

If you have LDAP group syncing active, you would need to map the groups in LDAP: https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TCD10/LDAP+Integration#LDAPIntegration-UserGroupMembership
