TeamCity Startup Error

 Hi,

Currently having problems when starting TeamCity and keep getting the TeamCity Maintenance screen asking for Auth Code.

Originally the password expired, which we have now reset. 

We can connect to our external database using our username "TeamCity", and SQL can read the database. However i am still getting this message.

I am unable to do anything else with TeamCity at the moment, and just looking for some kind of help in resolving this.
