TeamCity cannot update pending changes
Hello,
TeamCity cannot see pending changes for one of the build projects. None of the checked in changes have been noticed by the build server.
- VCS Root's "Test connection" shows no errors
- I've tried to force "Always checkout files on agent" option for the build, but it didn't help.
Any help will be appreciated.

It appeared that VCS root was set to checkout (...)/src directory, and all the changes went into a different directory.
