Getting E170001: 401 Authorization Required error in build logs and whilst testing connection.

Hi Guys,

Just recently I developers started to sometimes get this weird error in TeamCity:

Failed to collect changes, error: Error getting current revision: svn: E170001: OPTIONS of '/svn/client/project3': 401 Authorization Required (http://svn.domain.co.uk:8080)

Surprisingly, I am getting (also sometimes) this error while testing connection to VCS root.

But after a while it is gone, does anyone have any suggestions what can be wrong here?
