Members of the Developer group cant see committers when Assigning Investigations?
I dont know if this is related to the last update 2018.1 but a member of the Project Developer group (Which can Assign / unassign investigation) cant see committers in the last 5 days, when assigning investigations? Only registered users? (ie just him/her self)
Normally can see a full list like this?
Am I missing something here?

If I'm following your issue properly, it looks like this issue would match your scenario, could you confirm? If so, please follow the comment line, it would have been a bug that was fixed.

We are seeing a similar issue as Tony reported on our TeamCity 2018.1.1 server. As an admin I am able to see the full list of users to assign to, however users with "Project developer" roles are unable to see anyone other than themselves.
Which bug were you referencing in your previous message? I don't see any link to an external issue.

I had to add these permissions to Project Developer for it to work.
Just adding the "View all registered users" permissions for the "Project developer" role worked for us. Thanks for the help Tony!
