Upgrade to the new version 2018.1 (Build 58245 )
i did everything what you said on the documentation but unfortunately after the reboot . i've on my screen
i didn't find how i can update my data manually !
there is a script or something like that to fix this issue ??
i tried to rollback to my last version (2018.1 EAP - build 57605) without sucess :(

You don't need to update your data manually. I'm not sure if you are still facing the problem, but if you are the server administrator, you had to click on the "I'm a server administrator" link, and further instructions would be provided for how to update the data. It's done automatically by teamcity but still requires it to be triggered by the administrator upon first starting after the upgrade.
