sorry for the delay, this error should only happen when one of the following occurs:
-The reset password plugin was removed/corrupted
-The reset password plugin couldn't be unpacked properly
-The unpacked files were blocked by some third party (such as antivirus)
This might be due to issues with the file, third party applications or data corruption. The usual solution should be to identify what of the possible situations caused the problem and apply a proper solution. If the plugin file was corrupted, then replace it with a working one, if permissions or third parties are causing trouble, remove them. Sometimes, restarting the server might be enough in case the server had an issue just as the file was being unpacked, but this is very unlikely.
