I am using Teamcity 2017 version.

I want to send notification Emails and include attachment

Some solution can help me?

Hi Jim,

I'm afraid this isn't supported as of yet. Please comment and/or vote on this issue to help get it implemented: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-7318
