Agent licenses and cloud profiles
I have 15 agent licenses so can run 18 agents. I want to create multiple cloud profiles each with different characteristics (OS, performance, configuration).
I would like to spec each profile with 18 agents such that (for example) if I needed lots of the "Windows 12-core agent", providing other agents had timed out and been shut down, I would get 18 of them.
I can then use the prioritisation plugin and agent parameters + requirements, to control this somewhat.
Is this possible? Will it work like this? I don't want TeamCity to start spinning up 54 agents but then fail to authorise 36 of them.

Hi Steve,
agents won't be started up until licenses are freed for them, should you experience anything different that's likely a bug.
Given that, if you can set up a prioritization plugin, then it should respect that as well.
