Teamcity activity back to Russia
We have recently seen a bunch of traffic from a build server with Teamcity back to Jetbrains.net 81.3.129.17.
This has our security folks very nervous. This started on Tuesday. What would require teamcity to communicate back to jetbrains so much?

This seems to tie back to PJSC MegaFon in St Petersburg Russia.

initially, there is a couple bundled services that ping back to our servers: The "Usage statistics", if active under Administration, and the "auto updater". Before the auto updater, TeamCity had a check to detect new versions, but that shouldn't generate all that much traffic, and they both connect to jetbrains.com, not .net. Do you have any third party plugin? Can you confirm that it's TeamCity generating the traffic and not any other application?
