TeamCity VS Addin Error pre-commit fails with SVN

Hi,

With TC 2018.1 (build 58245 ) version, when I try to submit updated files using pre-commit, I have an error. In the preceeding version (10.x) it worked fine.

I activated the addin log, here is the result:
