TeamCity build hangs for days although a failure condition has been set to timeout
Hello,
I am running TC build 174541 on premise. I have a configuration that has a failure condition:
Fail build if it runs longer than specified limit in minutes (480)
I woujld excpect the build to abort after running for 480 minutes. We have exeprienced however that the build has ran for over 1000 minutes. The “Build is probably hanging” message was not shown.
I looked in the log files for hints, and found the following:

So the build threw an exception at 00:13:31 on 2025-04-06 and went silent until 10:28:41 on 2025-04-09 when we stopped the build manually.
Did I misunderstand the meaning of the build failure condition? Is there a way for the operator to find out that a job has exceeded the limit provided in the failure condition?
Best

Could you share the screenshot of all of the failure conditions for this build configuration and the complete build log for this build?
You can upload the files to https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ and share the upload ID.
