Environment variables availability issue during the build process
When executing a build for a specific user, an environment variable is set, and the build runs successfully, producing the expected results on a build agent. However, when a new local user is created on the same agent and the same environment variable is set again, the build does not yield the expected results. Any insights on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Without more details, it's difficult to determine the cause. What is the goal you want to achieve?
What is the expected result? Are there any error messages or build logs? How to get the agent logs, please refer to https://www.jetbrains.com/help/teamcity/viewing-build-agent-logs.html#Log+Files.
