TeamCity Android application for managing builds

Hello, guys!

Here's TeamCityApp Beta, Android application for managing TeamCity builds (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.github.vase4kin.teamcityapp&hl=en)

As guest user you can:

- Navigate through projects
- View configuration builds
- View build details/changes/tests/parameters/artifacts and even build log
- View running/queued builds
- View connected/disconnected agents
- Have multiple guest user accounts

The app is still in development, so it probably has bugs :)

I appreciate the great work you guys do, keep doing the awesome things with the same effort!
