Does TC allow group permission on a configuration level instead of just a project level?

How can I assign 2 group of  users to  2 different configurations of a project. In other words for ProjectA with Configuration1A  and Configuration2A I want to give access of Configuration1A to only Group1A and to Configuration2A I only want Group2A to have access.
So  Configuration1A is NOT accessible by members of Group2A and Configuration2A is NOT accessible by members of Group1A.  Group accessiblity is allowed on a project level but can it be done on a configuration level?
