Hmm, I don't have such a file (no log files in TeamCity directory except
ordinary tomcat logs). TC is running as a Windows service. I can try to
reinstall it, but I'm afraid there are no logs for the time when the problem
occurred :(

Do it for a new eap, please. I hope the problem is quite noticeable, provide
me with logs if it will appear
