My Teamcity server come to svn up into root of disk instead of work directory of agent. How to fix it?
Did you use windows installer? Could you file a Jira request with agent logs? If the problem persists, try starting TeamCity using bin/catalina.bat instead of windows service - this may help.

OK, now i'm check it for 1.0 and if persists, then file JIRA issue.
BTW, it seems to be broken... I'm set up agentd and Tomcat service as runned with user NETWORK SERVICE. The agent work folder and tomcat folder are granted to NETWORK SERVICE.
Then it checkut sources it creates empty directories on root of disk D (where agent installed). It not change anything in work directory.
I'm reinstal by windows installed and cleanup work directory. Now it checkut sources to work directory, but still create empty direcotories on disk root.

I've had the same problem, and its not related to the installation as a service.
