Per-project authorization?

Hi,

Is it possible to set up per-project authorizations for builds? I'd like to move our nightly build process into TeamCity, but we run JCP TCKs in our nighly builds, and only certain people are allowed to see the TCK runs. I'd love to be able to make the TeamCity server available to people who have not signed the JCP paperwork, but also run the TCK tests from within the TeamCity environment.
