license question

My evaluation mode ran out last night.... Unfortunately my license got associated with my non-admin account, so I can log into the administrator account. We have other licenses, how do I associate a license with the administrator account?

Note: I do see the license.keys file, but I have no idea how keys are associated to users (not in the file)

please help!

Could you please describe in more details what licenses are entered now in
your TeamCity server? What do you see on the /licenses.html page? TeamCity
reserves one license for administrator account, so it is strange that you
cannot login by administrator. Is it possible that there is another
administrator account in the system which already got the license?

turns out someone else had used their license as an admin... so I got him to grant my account admin priveleges.
