? on Inspection Build runner

No it runs over all source code. But when you browse inspection results "only
new" option is available.

Does in the Inspection Build runner only inspect the files that have
changed or been added?

But a run over all source code takes a very long time. We are trying to use Remote Run and half an hour before the commit occurs makes it impractical. Is anybody using the Inspection Build runner with delayed commit & Remote Run on a project of decent size?

We need a mode that only runs inspections on the changed/added files.....Even if restricts to only the inspections that are available online in the editor. I can add the feature request.

No. The changlists are small and only a few files are being committed together.
