new project does not appear in projects url

Hello,

You probably did not create any build configuration. On the Projects page
TeamCity shows only projects containing at least one build configuration.

i created new project but i can't find the project under the project
column, i checked in configure visible projects but still can't find it.
I would like to know if someone has encountered similar issues and how it
was solved.
