TeamCity Gadget fails to install in Vista

I'm trying to install the Tray Notifier for TeamCity in Vista but every time I try it gives me this error:

"Module C:\Program Files\JetBrains\TeamCity\TrayNotifier\WTLIEControl.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024770. Contact your support personnel."

I'm not sure if this is the standard MSI error in Vista that can be fixed using ORCA or not, but I don't even remember how to do that fix.

Anyone?

When the error pops up, copy msvcr71.dll into

C:\Program Files\JetBrains\TeamCity\TrayNotifier

and press Retry.
