Running "Inspections" runner - exceptions thrown (full log attached) and no results are displayed

Running "Inspections" runner - there were many exceptions thrown by IDEA code (from "com.intellij.psi" package).
See the full log file attached.

Also, when going to "Code Inspection" tab all I could see were list of "scope" folders - clicking either of them did nothing and showed nothing in the page (Firefox 3.0.6).

Here's another log attached.
This is a serious issue for us - I can't show people how TeamCity's code inspection works
This was supposed to be on of THE killer features when comapring with Hudson.
