TeamCity upgrade 4.0 > 4.5

Hi,

This is an issue come after /message/5237587#5237587.

After resolving the DB conenction in previous issue, I preformed an upgrade to TC 4.5 following the instruction, and the following error shows up again after the new install:

message

description The requested resource () is not available.

Apache Tomcat/6.0.18

Please kindly let me know what I should do to investigate this problem.
