Have two instances of team city on the same machine
Hi,
We are running a free version of team city on a server and we are now thinking of bying a licens of team city. What we need is to be able to run the free instance and the payed version on the same machine.
Is this possible?

That shouldn't be a problem, just make sure they use different databases and different ports.

I tried installing 4.5.3 (Windows) on the same box that was running 3.x. The installation failed because the installer tried to create a windows service with the same name as the preexisting version. Is there a way to customize this so 2 different versions can run on the same machine?
