How to build to a labeled version in Perforce?
I found a way to create a label in Perforce for a particular build.
However I did not find a way to build to this labeled version (past version) in TeamCity.
Any tip?

Currently this is not supported, there is also feature request for which you can vote: http://jetbrains.net/tracker/issue/TW-5061
It would be nice if you describe in more details why do you need to build on a label. Do you plan to move that label? Do you expect that TeamCity will detect changes when you move the label?
We need the ability to redeploy a previous stable version.
