Artifact (file) permissions when downloaded to a linux/unix machine

Hello!

I wanted to know if there was a way to control the permissions an artifact gets when it is pulled from the TeamCity server and placed on an agent.  My setup is a TC Server 4.5.5 on a Windows 2003 Server 32bit machine (which also hosts all the artifacts) and the machine that is pulling the artifacts (files) is a Linux RH 4.0 agent.

When the artifact is put on the agent, the permissions are always 644 (rw- r-- r--).  The problem is, some of the artifacts being downloaded are executables.  I would rather not have to write a wrapper script just to change the permissions.  Is there a place (config file?) that I can change what the default permissions are for a downloaded artifact?  Thanks!
