I thought TC 5 was to have per-test responsiblity, am I right?

Never mind, I figured it out, but the UI sucks on how to do this.  Not very intuitive.  Should be able to click a test and set responsiblity or at least put them in the drop-down list in the Take responsiblity dialog (see below)
